By booking with GoaTaxico, you agree to provide accurate trip details and be available at the agreed pickup time and location.
Quoted fares are based on the information you provide. Additional waiting time, route changes, or extra stops may affect the final charge, which will be communicated before or during the trip where possible.
Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify a booking by contacting us. We recommend giving at least 2 hours notice before scheduled pickup when possible.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must follow local laws and driver instructions. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers may be charged at actual repair cost.
GoaTaxico is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations; passengers should carry personal travel insurance as needed.
